Rule 60
Registration of appeal

(1) According to Section 9 of the Administration of Justice Act, 2073 or other prevailing laws, if a person who is not satisfied with the decision of the lower level wants to appeal in a case that is subject to appeal to the court, he must submit an appeal letter to the relevant authority in the format as per Schedule-4 along with the fee as per Schedule-3.
(2) In the appeal letter according to sub-rule (1), the appellant shall explain the matters which are not satisfied in the judgment in addition to the matters mentioned in rule 13, the reasons thereof and the matters demanded in the appeal.
(3) When checking the appeal form given as per sub-rule (1), if the following manner is found, the concerned officer will register the said appeal form:-
(a) Disclosed the matter to be disclosed in the appeal,
(b) filed within the period for appeal,
(c) attached the necessary supporting documents,
(D) Filing of fees or court fees as per law.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in Clause (d) of sub-rule (3), if the court fee or fine to be charged can be determined only after viewing the stolen missile, the concerned officer may register the appeal in bond after receiving such stolen missile.
